Dans.Faithweb.com An Insurance Policy |
---|
What would happen if someone were to open an insurance shop in town and offer "Life After Death Insurance"? And once purchased, these policies would guarantee that you will have eternal life after you die. These policies could sell for as much as $50,000 each or more and people would be lined up in the streets to buy them. Can you imagine an insurance policy that could guarantee life after death? Wouldn't that be great? This would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Who wouldn’t want a guarantee that they will be able to live after they die here on earth?
Now, what if I told you that you could get one of these policies for FREE. That’s right, it's completely FREE! It won't cost you a penny, you don't have to give out any personal information, you won't have to relocate, it's completely FREE. How can they be free? I'm glad you asked, someone has already bought up a bunch of these policies, and He’s giving them away to anyone who wants one. So, now what do you think? It can’t get any better than that, right?
I know what you’re saying, "Who would buy up all of these policies and just give them away? No one is that generous, and besides that, imagine the cost." Oh, but He is that generous; and the cost... it’s much more than you know. You see, He paid for them with His life. This man is Jesus Christ, and He gave His life so that we could have eternal life. Jesus said in John 10:27-28...My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.Would you like to have eternal life? God wants to give you this wonderful gift and all you have to do is ask for it. Romans 6:23 says...For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Talk to God today about reserving your spot in Heaven, before it’s too late.

The Disciple
This parable about Life After Death Insurance was an idea given to me by my good friend Brother Terry Leonard.
